The house

"Casa Rossi," a characteristic stone villa nestled on the hills of the Val d'Enza, is located in Albareto di Canossa, a small rural village offering a magnificent panorama.


While preserving the charm of the past, the house provides modern and elegant spaces through spacious open-plan areas and double volumes.


On the first floor, the main entrance leads to the open-space living area, consisting of a large living room, a dining area with panoramic windows, a study corner perfect for smart working with Wi-Fi access, and an adjacent kitchen with a beautifully furnished large arched opening. This area is complemented by utility rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.


A large French door leads to a panoramic terrace with a magnificent west-facing view of the valley, allowing you to enjoy unparalleled sunsets. Adjacent is a covered terrace that can be enclosed with glass, creating an ideal relaxation area.


In the southern wing, there is a room with a fireplace used as a fitness room, with access to the terrace; a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an adjacent private bathroom with a shower.


From the living area, you can access the spacious open-space loft used as a bedroom, furnished with a double bed and two single beds, perfect for both couples and families with children. The loft is equipped with a bathroom and connected to a sunbathing terrace.


On the ground floor, accessible from both the living room and externally with an independent entrance, you will find a laundry-bathroom with a washing machine and a drying rack. The property also includes two covered parking spaces and a private courtyard. The heating system includes gas heating, as well as the availability of a pellet stove and a wood-burning fireplace.
